"We had fairly specific requirements and so we went for the up-market Hörmann sectional door. RJ Garage Doors were able to advise on the best door, arrange tradesmen to ready our garage for the fit, including fixing some pre-existing damage to the roof. Right from the first contact with customer service to book a sales person to come out to the final installation, this whole process was so smooth and positive. I had tried to get someone out from B & D and they didn’t even return my calls/emails. My first contact with RJ Garage Doors they organised someone to come out and measure and quote within 24 hours. We were then given an ETA of 3 weeks from ordering, but after only a week, the team contacted me to arrange installation. Installers came today, on time, and were super friendly and knowledgeable. Door was up, perfectly running within an hour and I am very happy with the result. Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Well done RJ Doors, one very happy customer here!"

"Have used them many years ago to service my garage door and was happy with their service so I recently contacted them again when I wanted someone to service it again. I contacted them and found helpful staff to book my service date and follow up to confirm. The service tech arrived on time and was very competent. Identified a major issue with the support of the door (which was not obvious to me) and rectified it in a timely manner and completed the serving of the door. I would recommend the team to family and friends without hesitation!!"

"I was very impressed with this company; my garage door wouldn’t open. They asked me to send them photos and from this they assessed the problem. They gave me a fixed quote over the phone and came out the next day. It worked beautifully since. The technician was awesome friendly and then instructed me on how to look after it to last, which no one ever told me before.
Now my garage is safe and secure! They haven now looked after my mother- in– law and a mate who had the same positive experience. Thank you"

"I used RJ Garage doors to replace my up and over system. They were ultra efficient and more importantly arrived at the agreed time. I was given the choice of three different systems at various prices. The mechanic was pleasant and cleared away all old parts. I have used them two before for servicing , again very efficient, and more importantly did not press me to replace my old mechanism even though it was old. They serviced and cleaned it at that time. This time I decided to upgrade as I thought it was to old."
