The RJ Doors Team wants to ensure you that the safety of our employees, customers and the wider community remains our top priority.
We are closely monitoring updates from the Department of Health and the World Health Organisation regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and all levels of government on an ongoing basis.

The RJ Garage Doors Office currently has reduced operations, in accordance with new Stage 4 Restrictions and Government Guidelines. The RJ Garage Doors Team are still available and here to help with emergency servicing, quotes and general enquiries during this time via phone or email.

RJ Garage Doors are still able to offer Emergency call outs in line with Government Guidelines during Stage 4 Restrictions. Additional costs do apply.
- Offices Showrooms
Our Office and Showroom are currently closed while our staff work remotely. While the RJ Doors team are still operating in a reduced capacity to assist our customers, the showroom will remain closed for the duration of Stage 4 restrictions in line with Government Guidelines.
- Money or Cash Payments
As a business we will still accept cash however we will encourage the use of non-contact payment such as card payments or direct deposit.
- Self-Isolating Customer
We will continue to assist with emergency repairs and servicing, all self-isolating customers must inform our office immediately and before any appointments with our business, so that additional measures can be taken to protect our staff.
- Emergency Service
In line with current Stage 4 restrictions and government guidelines, RJ Doors will require either an email or text indicating that you require assistance under an emergency service as the door and/or gate is posing a risk to safety or environmental obligations. For example, the garage door is hanging dangerously and may drop on someone.
The RJ Doors Team will not attend site without this confirmation in either text or email, as we must abide by the current regulations and procedures set by government bodies.
The RJ Doors Team will discuss in detail the what is required for the works and may request photos from garage door and/or gate.
- Digital Brochures and Paperwork
Until further notice all physical brochures have been removed from our showroom and office, however our website remains up to date with digital brochures of all our products.
If you have any ongoing work, we ask that all confirmation paperwork is emailed to your representation instead of physical copies.
We are in continuous communication with our employees reminding them about the importance of good hygiene, providing them with health education and support whenever needed.
We continue to work with our team to source safety items such as sanitizers and protective supplies. We have distributed ‘Safety Packs’ to all our customer-facing employees to ensure they have the tools and supplies necessary to protect themselves. This has not altered the great service and products we provide to our customers.
