If you receive a faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied garage door remote, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return. Items must be returned in original condition, including all accessories. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
