B&D Control-A-Door
B&D CAD-4 (designed for sectional/tilt doors) and CAD-5 (designed for Roll-A-Doors) automatic remote control units are both covered by a full 5 year warranty on all parts. Both units have 433Mhz radio frequency for improved reception and less interference, and use three-channel remote control handsets pre-programmed with your own private security code.
B&D CAD-4 Installation Requirements: Doors up to 2.1 metres high. Doors up to 3.4 metres require an extension kit.
B&D CAD-5 Installation Requirements: Doors up to 3 metres high and 5.5 metres wide.
Merlin Prolift 430R
The Merlin Prolift 430R (for roller doors) and the Prolift 230T (for sectional/tilt doors) are designed to smoothly operate almost all kinds of doors. They feature a powerful 240 volt ac (50Hz) motor with a lifting capacity of 800-1000N with a travel speed of approximately 13cm per second std. A 433 Mhz radio frequency ensures smooth operation and reduced interference. Each motor is supplied a remote control handsets, and extra transmitters are available in a variety of styles. Merlin provides a 2 year comprehensive warranty on all parts and a 5 year total replacement guarantee on the motor.
Merlin Prolift 430R Installation Requirements: Roller doors up to 3 metres high and 5.5 metres wide.
Merlin Prolift 230T Installation Requirements: Sectional/Tilt Doors up to 3.5 metres high and 6 metres wide. Doors over 2.3 metres high require an extension kit.
